Does Qubii need an app or Wi-Fi?
Qubii Duo, Power and EX require the Qubii Pro app and initial permissions. Local backup does not require Wi-Fi. Internet access is needed to download the app or retrieve originals stored only in a cloud service.
Does it work with both iPhone and Android?
Qubii models support compatible iPhone and Android devices. Before buying, check the selected model, phone connector, data cable and Qubii Pro app requirements. Contact Maktar Support if you need help confirming your setup.
Do I need to buy a memory card for the Duo or the EX?
Qubii EX has built-in storage. Qubii Duo and Qubii Power use a removable microSD card. Their device-only options do not include a card; only a package explicitly labeled as a card bundle includes one.
How do I restore my photos to a new phone?
Use a compatible phone and the Qubii Pro app to restore supported content from a completed backup. Check which photos, videos and contacts are available in the backup before starting. Qubii is not a complete phone-system backup and does not restore every app, setting or file. Confirm compatibility before switching phones or operating systems.
What does Qubii Power do that the others don't?
Qubii Power combines a wall charger with automatic backup to a removable microSD card. Plug it into a suitable wall outlet, then connect your phone with a compatible data cable. Set up the Qubii Pro app and check that the backup completes. The charger-only option does not include a microSD card.
Piconizer 4

Copy photos and videos to Piconizer and verify the saved files. Before removing originals to free phone space, keep another copy of irreplaceable content and check any cloud-sync deletion rules.
What does Piconizer do that Qubii doesn't?
Qubii copies supported content automatically during a compatible charging session. Piconizer provides portable storage for supported photos and videos. Copying files does not automatically free phone space. Verify the saved files, keep another copy of irreplaceable content and check any cloud-sync deletion rules before choosing to remove originals.
Is Piconizer 4 MFi-certified for iPhone?
Yes. Piconizer 4 is MFi-certified for compatible Apple devices. Check your device, connector and app requirements before use. If an accessory warning appears, contact Maktar Support for help with your setup.
Does it need an app or an internet connection?
Use the Piconizer companion app to browse and transfer supported files. Complete the current app setup instructions before first use. Internet access is needed to download the app or cloud-only originals. Check with Maktar Support for the current first-use requirements for your phone and app version.
Can I view photos straight from the Piconizer?
You can browse supported photos and videos through the Piconizer app. Check the saved files and keep another copy of irreplaceable content before choosing to remove originals from your phone.
Nukii
The encrypted drive
Hardware-encrypted storage for the files you can't afford to lose or leak.
How is my data on Nukii protected?
Nukii encrypts files in hardware on the drive. Unlock it with the Nukii app and an NFC-capable phone. Use trusted computers: encryption does not protect files from malware while the drive is unlocked. Safely eject and unplug the drive to lock it again.
What if I lose access to my phone or account?
Nukii uses the Nukii app, a Maktar account and an NFC-capable phone to authorize access. If you lose access to your phone or account, contact Maktar Support for the current recovery guidance. Do not reset or format the drive while seeking help. Keep another copy of important files; recovery is not guaranteed.
Does the encryption need special software to run?
Because the protection lives on the drive, you don't have to install encryption software on every computer you plug into. Unlock the drive, and it behaves like ordinary storage for as long as it's connected.
Who is Nukii for?
Anyone carrying sensitive files — client work, financial records, IDs, research, private photos. If losing the drive would mean more than just losing the files, Nukii is built for you.

A fast, dependable microSD card for your Qubii, camera or handheld.
What do UHS-I, A2 and V30 actually mean?
UHS-I describes the card interface. V30 is a minimum sustained write-speed class of 30 MB/s under its specified conditions. A2 describes application performance on compatible hosts. Actual performance depends on the host device and workload.
What is this card good for?
Use the card with compatible Qubii Duo or Power models, cameras and other devices that support its capacity and file system. Check the device maker’s requirements for video recording.
Will it work with my Qubii?
Yes — it's a standard microSD card, so it fits the Qubii models that use a card (Duo and Power). It's a simple way to add the capacity you want to your backup cube.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

How long is the warranty?
The English warranty policy lists standard 2-year limited coverage for Qubii, Qubii EX, Piconizer and Nukii products, subject to its eligibility and registration terms. For Spectra, cables and other accessories, contact Maktar Support to confirm coverage for your model and purchase region. Warranty service is replacement only. View product warranty
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact Maktar Support with your proof of purchase, product model and a description of the issue. Include your extended-warranty serial number if applicable. Warranty coverage is limited to product replacement and does not include data transfer or recovery.
How do I move my backup when I switch phones?
Before switching, complete a backup and open saved files to verify them. Check that your new phone, cable and Qubii Pro app support the content you want to restore. Follow the current restore instructions for your model, and keep the old phone and backup unchanged until you confirm the files are accessible on the new phone.
