Do I need an app?: No. Qubii backs up automatically the moment you plug in while charging — nothing to download, nothing to remember.
Is my data private?: Yes. Nothing is uploaded. Your files stay on your own device, invisible to us and to everyone else.
What's the warranty?: A standard limited warranty covers your device. If anything goes wrong, reach out and we'll sort the issue for you.
Which devices are supported?: iPhone over Lightning and Android over USB-C. Piconizer 4 goes further, covering Mac and PC as well.
How do I move to a new phone?: Plug your Qubii into the new phone and restore in one tap. Your photos come across without the cloud in between.
