Q: What is the Maktar® exchange and return policy?
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges and 15% of the item’s price for restocking fee. Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in it’s original packaging and in the condition they were received. Otherwise they may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. To make a return, email us at email@example.com to request a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) form before you send your defective product back. Q: How do I return or exchange an order?

Q: How long does it take for a refund to be processed ?
A: We aim to process all returns within a few days of receipt at our warehouse. Funds will be credited to the card used for purchase. You’ll get an email from us when the refund goes through. Credit card and PayPal refunds can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on an online statement.
